Just wanted to let you know about a great lady I have been doing some coaching work with in relation to career, goals, some life issues and so on.

I logged onto her website and took advantage of the trial session she offers, as I really had no idea what would be involved with coaching. We worked together over the phone, after I had completed some basic information for her about areas I wished to address.

I had decided to work with Jane because I had hit a bit of a wall with my career situation and I had issues with boundaries in working from home, etc. Jane is delightful and I found her coaching was excellent, very practical and it worked! Our sessions together have been really helpful and I have seen definite positive results in the areas that we have discussed to date. Jane just seemed to ask the right 'leading questions' and often times helped me to arrive at solutions myself - I really like that!! CASE 1: Young Professional Female- Career Issue

A Young Professional Women 36 years old was retrenched and needed to find a new job. She was unstimulated in her old job and wanted something that was more of a challenge.

We started by looking at her values, ideal job and environment, what she enjoyed doing and her transferable skills. From this we began to get a clearer picture of what motivated her and what would fulfil her.

She was then able to draw up a resume and a profile of jobs she could apply for. During coaching we were able to deal with some of the obstacles in moving forward, help her compose an effective resume identify alternate job strategies so she was ultimately in a better position to find a job that was going to be motivating for her.
